En Ginza Cafe @ Pavilion Tokyo Street, KL

En Ginza Cafe is a dining place nestled in a corner of the newly opened Tokyo Street on Level 6, Pavilion, a popular shopping centre in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. ‘En’ refers to circle while ‘Ginza’ refers to a trendy area in Tokyo. The restaurant is owned by En Group, a Singapore-based restaurant chain, which opened its first restaurant 11 years ago. According to Mr. Raymond Ng, the Director of En Group, the group’s restaurant in Kuala Lumpur is actually its 23rd branch and it has no intention to slow down.

En Ginza Café offers the culinary fusion of Japanese menu and French bakery, which is its unique selling point and different from the other Japanese restaurants in Kuala Lumpur. You will be hard-pressed you are looking for sushi and wasabi in this restaurant since they don’t serve those typical dishes.

They provide freshly baked French breads, pastries, cakes and cafe menu.

See, this is the cute Hello Kitty coffee art by the barista here. Barista here can make fancy coffee art in various styles, especially cartoon features by using espresso, milk and chocolate topping.

They can make Fortune Car, Rabbit and couple features for the love birds :))

My second time visit, I request them to make an Angry Bird for me.

Nice combination right?

I was too tempted to eat this :)

Another fruit tart.

This is simply good and looks too pretty. Almond mixed macaron which double the size of the normal macaron, stuffed with handful of almond and berries!

Having myself seated comfortly :)

Cozy place here.

Meet the handsome him, Masa Barista  from Japan :) He has good skill at creating cartoon character.

Pay a visit to Tokyo Street, Level 6 at Pavilion shopping mall. The price of the food at En Ginza Cafe is moderate and main courses range from RM13++ to RM29.90.
If you are up for an interestingly unconventional dining experience and intend to surprise yourself, En Ginza is definitely the place.

Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie @ Taman Desa

Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie is situated at Danau Business Center. The colonial style cafe was very appealing and certainly worth to try. Apparently, Ficelle Boulangerie & Patisserie is under the same management as Levain Boulangerie & Patisserie which located at Jalan Imbi, KL.

Ficelle restricts customers to dine at outdoor area due to limited space and you need to order and pay first at the counter before the food is delivered.

Take your selection of breads inside the shop.

The menu at the counter, they served pasta and spaghetti too.

The main attraction was the different selection of Macaron, which was same at Levain.

The dessert I like very much, appealing and taste good. Yummy~~

The top view of the dessert.

Various type of bread to choose from.

Special star shape!

 Cheese Baguette

Chicken meatball spaghetti, "down to earth" taste and normal portion.

If you do not want to drive all the way to KL, and you just desire to have a bite, this would be the best choice.
